The aim of the project micelab:bodensee is to ensure that people enjoy taking part in meetings, learn with enthusiasm and benefit from it personally and professionally. How this can be achieved is being researched in this unique project in the four-country region of Lake Constance together with experts from various disciplines. It deals with people, attitudes, values, different learning methods and a lively meeting culture. The research results and experiences are shared and deepened with the meeting industry and the employees in the respective member companies. Urs Treuthardt was a co-founder of this learning format, which is unique to the industry. From 2020 to 2023 he chaired the BodenseeMeeting association.
