With over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, including 16 years in the meeting industry and 13 years in C-level positions, I have been a member of various boards and have won several innovation awards. However, nothing has impacted me as profoundly as the intercultural exchange with people during my professional engagements in Switzerland, Germany, England, and Austria. It is now time to integrate all these experiences into the development of meaningful projects, always with a focus on the highest quality, profitability, and joy.

Hands-on implementation partner for meeting and congress strategies with structure and impact.
I support destinations, convention centres and event venues in structurally developing their meetings and congress business and positioning it clearly in the market. The goal is to build robust business models that work sustainably – economically viable, organisationally lean and with a clear profile.

At the core is the optimisation of workflows, responsibilities and decision-making processes within your organisation. I work closely with you and your team to make existing processes more efficient, refine internal structures and strengthen the strategic positioning of your business events product.

In doing so, I bring many years of experience, a solid understanding of complex systems and a reliable network of experts from various disciplines – integrated as needed and according to the project’s objectives.

I support executives and organisations in designing and implementing processes for data-driven decision-making. The goal is to structure data in a way that turns it into actionable information, enabling decisions based on a solid foundation.

At the core is the design of holistic workflows that cover the entire process – from data collection and analysis to translating results into concrete solutions. I work closely with leadership teams and staff to clarify decision-making paths, define responsibilities and embed the use of data within the organisation.

My experience with large-scale projects such as the DataHub Vorarlberg, as well as the creation of the data:room by occursus, demonstrates how dedicated spaces, formats and interdisciplinary collaboration can foster data literacy and ensure that insights are effectively put into practice.

Speaker at events.
occursus is not a classic speaker. However, I am happy to share my knowledge and experiences with like-minded people on equal terms. The purpose of the event plays a crucial role when I decide to perform in front of an audience. If constructive dialogues and learning together at an event are important to you, I would be happy to provide input - always with humor and smile.

Constructive spirit in advisory boards.
Occasionally I decide to be part of an advisory board. I value the exchange on a meta level and the commitment of everyone involved to lead the company or association into a sustainable future. In previous and current positions, my energy, my forward-looking approach and my ability to engage in a constructive dialogue are highly valued.
