Functionally, the data:room is a temporary room-in-room installation in which people meet to discuss various issues. However, it represents more of a process than just a space or a project. Essentially, it's about us being able to understand, decide and act better - with brain, heart and mind in order to overcome the great challenges of our time. The process was initiated in 2019 by Bodensee-Vorarlberg Tourismus under the leadership of Urs Treuthardt and has since taken on a pioneering role nationally and internationally in the area of data-based decision-making.
